Proposed Rule Change – 21 NCAC 25 .0701

The NCITLB is proposing changes to 21 NCAC 25 .0701, which is the current rule related to penalties assessed for substantiated complaints.

There will be a public hearing on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 3:00 pm. The purpose of this meeting is for anyone who would like to make a public comment regarding the proposed changes to the rule to make that comment. Join May 7, 2025 Public Hearing.

Comments may also be submitted in writing by email ([email protected]) or US Mail (NCITLB, 701 Exposition Pl, Ste 206, Raleigh, NC 27615). The public comment period ends on June 16, 2025.
