Proposed Rule Change – 21 NCAC 25 .0202

The NCITLB is proposing changes to 21 NCAC 25 .0202, which is the current rule related to the application package and requirements for licensure.

The proposed rule would add the Utah certification as a recognized pathway to licensure.

There will be a public hearing where anyone may may make a public comment related this this proposed rule, on September 10, 2025 at 10 am.
