My submission was rejected, how do I find out why?

When you are logged into Certemy on your computer, click on “my NC license”, then whichever step in the workflow that was rejected will have a little pink box (see above image for reference) that reads “rejected by verifier”, click on that box and a message will pop up to indicate why the information was rejected. You will also receive an email with the reason why the step in the workflow was rejected. Please correct the information and resubmit.

I have a surplus from last year that I want to apply to this year. I do not remember what I submitted for CEUs last year how do I find this information?

There are two ways to access this information:

  1. Log into Certemy and then click on “digital wallet” then “general”. Anything that you have uploaded from previous years will appear here.
  2. Log into Certemy, and then click on “my NC license” then “show all”, locate last years renewal workflow and click on it. On the right hand side, click on “continuing education” and then scroll to the bottom of the page. All uploads from last year will be listed there.
